What is the leadership?

 
    Today I would like to talk about leadership.These days or From the time immemorial, it is said that leadership is important. Because they will change our society.My faculty integrated human studies, is also saying our purpose or policy of education is to make students have the leadership.

By the way,What is leadership?

     Who do you come up with who have the skills of leadership?Maybe there are some people you will soon come up with. There are many people who have the leadership from the past. I think the person of leadership is those who can form an agreement. You may wonder what this means.

I’d like to explain about it. 

These people are some examples. Like Kim jyonnwill who moves the politics of North Korea, Hittora-, who controlled  German people, and he is very good at speaking, Tojyo Hideki who conducted war during the World War 2. Recently, some people say Hashimoto Tooru have the skills of leadership like Hittora-He is often associated with Hitra-. As these people shows leadership is often associated with those who are like dictators. I think this is true, but recently I think what is needed for leader is changing now.

    My former image of leadership is like this figure1. There is a person who have strong force and can move many people. Furthermore they can take some great action. Many people think leader is like that. He is admired and often called charisma.

My image of leadership is like figure2. There is one person. He communicate with other people and tell their ideas to another person and vice versa. Through series of communications, he will reach an agreement. After that he will gather ideas from various people and take some actions. This is my image of leader.

These days thanks to the Internet, many people can express their ideas to other people.

Each person has different ideas and values. In order to take some action in this society, first of all we have to unite different ideas. For example ,at first, they hold some meetings and exchange ideas and make an agreement. Then they will tell the ideas to other people and reach an agreement

In conclusion, I suppose the skill of leadership is to form an agreement. This ability is needed in many fields such as insurance company, consultant company, sports education, and so on. In short, the companies, whose tasks include communication with other people. There are many service industry, so it is needed. For the outlook for future, in Japan there are few classes whose styles are discussion. So it is necessary to make classes for communication and improve the skills of leadership in Japanese education. Thank you for reading.
